Fabrizio Anteri Surges to the Top of Grand Prix Mexico City

Reddit

Grand Prix Mexico City was only slightly larger than Day Two at Grand Prix Nagoya, but the Top 8 was loaded. The second Oath of the Gatewatch limited final table featured Pro Tour Dragons of Tarkir Champion Martin Dang, five-time Pro Tour Top 8 competitor Tomoharu Saito, and pro tour mainstays Fabrizio Anteri and Marcio Carvalho.

Anteri found himself down a game after a marathon game one. He managed to claw his way back in game two and took a quick game three to add another trophy to his impressive Grand Prix resume.

Congratulations to Fabrizio Anteri, your Grand Prix Mexico City champion!
