One of the top tier strategies in Standard over the last couple of weeks has been a Green-based Stompy deck. The core idea is that you want to curve Llanowar Elves into Steel Leaf Champion and follow up with Ghalta, Primal Hunger on a subsequent turn. A Black splash for Scrapheap Scrounger gives you a good amount of reach to go along with your aggressive starts. But if people know that this is a great deck, how do you find an advantage? Limits2 has found an exciting means of breaking open midrange matchups with this Stompy deck:

But that's not the only interesting innovation that Limits2 has made. The inclusion of Traxos, Scourge of Kroog is also pretty exciting. This card is monstrously powerful if you can consistently untap it. To that end, this deck has Ghalta, Scrapheap Scrounger, Rhonas, and Verdurous Gearhulk. That's not a ton, but with the additional value of Traxos triggering Sarkhan's Unsealing and being an enormous body to help cast Ghalta, I think it probably pulls its weight.
If you're looking for a Stompy deck with a little more longevity and the potential to break mirrors, this seems like a fun take on the archetype. You've got a lot of the same strengths as the more streamlined, aggressive build of this deck, but you gain a lot of value in control and midrange matchups with the addition of Sarkhan's Unsealing.
