Red-White Vehicles was a big deck heading into the Pro Tour, and continues to be a powerful force in the metagame. However, the mana may be good enough in this format that it’s worth trying to splash a color to improve the matchup against mirrors and other more midrangey decks. Perhaps you can pick up a couple percentage points by cutting some of the less impactful cards for something more proactive:

I like a lot of what this deck is trying to do. The core of the deck is still all about Veteran Motorist and Smuggler's Copter. The difference is that this deck backs it up with Reflector Mage and Saheeli Rai rather than Depala, Pilot Exemplar and Fleetwheel Cruiser. This lets you do more than just race against opposing midrange decks. Sure, you’re a little less capable of just racing control decks because of the loss of Fleetwheel Cruiser and the suite of one-drops. However, the deck is better at playing a long game due to the density of Planeswalkers and scry effects to smooth out your draws.

The most interesting card in this list to me is Saheeli Rai. Saheeli Rai plays an interesting role in this deck. She can come down ahead of serious countermagic in control mirrors and provide a steady stream of card selection and damage. She can also provide a huge swing in midrange or aggro matchups by copying powerful cards like Reflector Mage. It’s also worth noting that you can do cute things like copy Veteran Motorist to get extra scry effects and chip in extra damage with Smuggler's Copter or make copies of any vehicles you may have in play.

The thing I like most about the Blue splash in this deck is the sideboard options. This deck has the ability to board in up to three Planeswalkers against control and midrange decks. Critically, you also have access to Negate out of the sideboard to fight against cards like Aetherworks Marvel and the various Control strategies in the format. Given the metagame at the Pro Tour, that seems like an effect I would definitely want to have access to, which might make this Vehicle shell preferable to straight Red-White in the coming weeks.
