That second game, you conceded too soon. He’s at 4 life, you’re at 5, you still have Insectile Abberation on the field. During his turn, his options are to swing with the Resto Angel, Conscripts, and the two birds (using Gavony to pump them all)- in this case you would play Snapcaster, block the Conscripts with it, and re-cast Vapor Snag on his Resto angel (taking him to 3, wherein your next turn you win by attacking). If he doesn’t attack with all of the team, leaving a birds up to block, if you draw a vapor snag or O-ring you could still push through. Likewise, if he drops the Wolfir Silverheart, it depends on what he bonds with- but he has no option to Gavony, then. So if he pairs with a birds and swings, you do about the same thing- Snapcaster, block the conscripts, vapor snag, take 3 from the Resto, and if you draw a vapor snag or O-ring next turn win with Insectile.
