When i had my Rafiq Control deck, I used the natural synergy between Exalted & Opposition effects (Glare of Subdual, Diversionary Tactics) to really make things uncomfortable for my opponents. Things like Seedborn Muse, Murkfiend Liege & Quest for Renewal are obvious for this plan, but Awakening works just as well and gives you some group-hug politics points at the same time. Heavy vigilance effects also reinforce this idea of an impenetrable army, giving Rafiq the “Legion Commander” feel that he really should have!
