Why is Terramorphic Expanse in this deck when it appears there are no basic lands included?

A sliver deck should contain either
4x muscle sliver
4x sinew sliver
4x plated sliver
3x winged sliver
4x crystalline sliver
or something like
3x Sliver queen
3x mana echos
4x gemhide sliver
all other sliver decks suck and will never stand up in any sort of tournament standard. BTW, sliver combo sucks, its just fun to pop out inf slivers and inf mana with victual sliver or acidic sliver. totally worth it

okay i will agree this deck SUCKS however… really i wouldnt get this for the “oh hey a new deck to use” if i got this i would get it for the “oh hey i can use these slivers to help me make my new sliver deck!” seriously its not needed to down shoot a deck, they dont make THAT good of decks my best deck is home made… you dont need to shoot down a deck they make all i do if i buy an actual deck is just to use the smaller cards in it for different decks

One problem with that, Calvin. Sliver Legion is Legendary. As soon as the copies hit the board, they all go to the graveyard. It’d be pointless to hit Legion with the Rite. You could always hit Virulent Sliver, for +5 points of Poisonous a turn.

the one problem i see with this deck is that the mana count is too low. and with only 2 gemhides in your deck of 30+ cards you’ll have a hard time pulling them out if someone can shuffle or counter swarms you early game. in other words you need a minimum of 15 mana for that deck to function even semi smoothly. I myself have a sliver deck and use 20ish mana 5 each of 4 colors.

I made this deck on paper, but havent actually had the time to buy the cards and try it out, but it seems like a pretty solid deck 40 card deck. it has 4 of each of the listed cards
crystaline sliver
basal sliver
screeching sliver
sliver queen
gemhide sliver
training grounds
winged sliver
vivid creek
vivid grove
rupture spire

As a side note, if you wanted to make it a 44 card deck, i’d add 4 sliver legions. you can make an infinite amount of sliver tokens with a combo, mill a deck or use sliver legions to get over-9000/over-9000 creatures

Last ruling on Coat is that it only gets the bonus for the most common creature type it has. So if there are 7 slivers and 7 rats and the amoeboid, he only has +7/+7. Other than that, great post d^_^b
