Welcome to the new GatheringMagic.com!

ManaNation.com and GatheringMagic.com have been brought together to form one site. This merger has been in the works for several months now.

You may be curious as to the fate of the name "ManaNation"—it will not completely fade away, as it will remain the name for the video podcast.

Along with this merger of sites was the move to a new server, which will provide ample power for both sites’ combined traffic. However, there will be a period where we fine-tune the configurations on the machine. Hang in there as we twist knobs, flip switches, and push buttons.

For those of you wondering about Jacob Reinhart’s long involvement with the old GatheringMagic.com, he will continue to contribute sporadically, but he is no longer involved with the day-to-day running of the site. Having been recently married, he found running a Magic site to take up too much of his time, so he stepped back, and what began as the equivalent to “housesitting” has resulted in a total transfer of the site’s control.
