The Top 8 of Grand Prix New Jersey, the last major Standard tournament before the Banned and Restricted announcement on Monday March 13, featured four copies of Mardu Vehicles, three copys of Four-Color Copycat, and a lone holdout - Hall of Famer Ben Stark - on Jund Energy Aggro. Unlike Barcelona, where the two popular decks met in the finals, New Jersey saw Ben Friedman and Corey Baumeister face off in an all Cat affair. It took three games but in the end Baumeister emerged victorious.
