Examining Esper vs. Delver
Right after StarCityGames Open Series: Nashville I played Esper control in an eight-man event against what appeared to Gerry Thompson’s Delver list from that tournament. An interesting situation arose that I wanted to talk about. In this video I go over the game, show that situation, and go through a detailed video analysis of the situation and the resulting game states. I examine major play lines based on what the likely contents of my opponent’s hand were at each juncture.
