Win the game as quickly as possible using only cards from Ravnica block (Ravnica: City of Guilds, Guildpact, and Dissension) from a single guild (a guild is any two-color pair).
A card counts as being from your chosen guild if it either has your guild’s watermark or if it’s one of your guild’s colors or colorless and has no watermark. Watermarks are visible in the textboxes of the cards’ Ravnica-block printings (for example, Azorius Guildmage has the Azorius watermark).
You have perfect luck. For example, even after you shuffle your library, it’s ordered how you want. You may not assume anything about your opponent’s hand or library except that he won’t do anything relevant.
Winning “quickly” refers to both the turn of the game and whether you’re playing or drawing first. turn three on the draw is quicker than turn four on the play but not as quick as turn three on the play.
You may only use four copies of any individual card other than basic lands.

Solution to Last Week’s Puzzle
Joe Gilbert was the first of several people to send in the extremely simple solution for turn one on the play of just casting Mana Clash for 20 damage.
That’s not the most interesting solution, though. This one from Nick Tower uses red cards with converted mana cost 3:
|Play||Mana||Cards in Hand|
|Exile Simian Spirit Guide ×2||4|
|Seething Song ×2||7 × ||2|
|Priest of Urabrask||7 × ||1|
|Fiery Gambit targeting Priest of Urabrask, winning three flips to kill Priest, deal 6 damage to the opponent, and untap a Mountain||5 × ||9|
|Seething Song ×2||9 × ||7|
|Brimstone Volley ×3 for 15 damage||4|
