The Magic Online Feedback Program was announced today. The initiative seems aimed at shining a light on the process of making Magic Online function.

Introduced by Assistant Digital Product Manager Brandon Kreines, the program is focused on feedback. The goal is to implement regular surveys to obtain more quantitative data and attempt to anticipate problems rather than try to fix them as they arise. The data will then be shared in scheduled feedback articles.

Kreines focuses on transparency in the announcement, citing the window into design and development with which fans of Magic are familiar. Noting the MagicOnline Tumblr as one avenue, he promises further insights.

Magic Online regularly ask for their voices to be heard and this program appears to be another big step in that direction.
